Our zero-weight lifting units solve the problem of handling loads even in tight spaces, eliminating the heavy work of the operator and ensuring at the same time an effective grip of the parts that need to be moved.

Designed and customized according to client needs, zero-weight lifting units can be made by the “Officina Girardi Luciano” in these three versions:

Column anchored to the floor with flag arm
Column with weighted down plate and flag arm
Suspended on tracks

Zero-weight lifting units with flag arm

It is a piece of equipment for gripping and moving parts. It is mounted on a flag arm and it is tilting on a column anchored to the floor.

This tool allows the handling of loads in limited spaces and makes each machining center independent. In our zero-weight lifting units the movement along the flag beam is carried out manually while the gripping of the pieces is carried out by means of a manipulator which can be pneumatic or manual and is produced upon specific request of the client.

Zero-weight lifting units on tracks

This zero-weight lifting unit is designed and manufactured for gripping and moving pieces to be mounted on suspended guides.
The movement on the tracks can be done manually or motorized, while the gripping of the pieces is carried out by means of a manipulator made on specific request of the client.
